I have int.detail cleaners wipes and natural shine protectant wipes that dried out. Is there a way to save them by maybe adding water or something else?

I keep a couple in a ziplock baggie in my console. Also stored is a 2 oz. spray bottle of QID and a small MF towel. I'll do my tan leather covered steering wheel and shift knob while sitting at a long traffic light, usually weekly during my morning commute. Keeps 'em both clean and preserved.
