I have some thick, sticky sap spots on my wife's white 2017 Toyota Sienna. The spots are about 1/4" in diameter and are raised.
I tried washing with warm water to soften, plastic razor blade, bug/tar remover. It did knock it down but you can still feel the spots and there is a ring that is etched into the paint. Usually the sap spots in our area are small spots that come off easy. I have never come across sap so thick and heavy.
I am a hobby detailer, I have 2 years experience with a DA and almost 40 with a rotary. I use to do paint and bodywork.
Any tips or suggestions would be great.
Thanks
