Xpel Ultimate Paint Protection Plus

I am thinking about having the xpel ultimate paint protection plus installed on my bumper, entire hood, fenders and mirrors. Does anyone have any experience with this? There is a 10 year warranty against discoloration, peeling, cracking etc.

I was worried about the paint fading at a different rate since some would be covered and some not but I am told that the difference would not be noticeable unless I kept the car for 15+ years. Any thoughts?

No experience with that, or similar, process but I am against any treatment that applies to one area but not another.

Just FYI, my wife’s car is now 20 years old (mine is a lot newer... it’s 18 years old ) It happens

It is a popular service right now, even applying film to the entire vehicle, I would recommend talking with the installer to get their experience, specifically the situation many years down the road. Personally, I would have it removed a few years prior to the warranty depending on the conditions the vehicle is kept in, daily driver, etc.
