Foam applicator - Ultimate Paste Wax

I've tried different applicator pads produced by Meguiar's:

    • 4" ones (Supreme Shine/Soft Foam) that come separately, not with any other product - W0004/X3070
    • The black pad that comes with Ultimate Paste Wax - G18211
    • The yellow pad that comes with Carnauba Plus Wax - G7014J

Now, I thought that they're all of same material/texture/size. But this doesn't seem to be the case.

The 4" ones seem to me to be smaller than the Ultimate and Carnauba ones - and not just that, they also feel different when (hand) applying the wax and are sometimes making a weird squeaking sound.

I like the Ultimate ones the most, therefore I'd like to order the Ultimate black pads separately, without the Ultimate Wax product. Does anyone know where / how to order them? Note that I don't have in mind the DA G3509 Waxing Power pads - I'm applying the wax by hand and not machine.

There can be some slight variation as you have experienced but we do not sell them separately.

Since they are not sold separately I hope it isn't a violation to suggest another brand. If you are going to purchase a hand applicator I will suggest looking into Lake Country Euro hand pads. Red or gold are good for any finishing product.
