Is this a D15501 pre-mixed at 1:1? If yes, is it only suitable as clay lubricant as I was under impression that D15501 should not be cut when used as a detailer.

Yes, this is pre-mixed at 1:1. It can be used as a quick detailer at 1:1 for light dust & contaminant removal as well as a clay bar lubricant.
