Hi thanks for accepting me on the forum
I've had bad paint fade on my van roof, which was really dull and chaulky. I cleaned with clay after washing the roof. Then I cleaned with ultimate compound by hand. Following all procedure. The seems to firstly goes to it

Looks like you got cut off, but if the cloudy look keeps coming back, it is probably clear coat failure. No real solution for that but paint...
