Cloudy Clear Coat

I have a 2019 Subaru and live in a cold climate. I had a LeBra partial bra on the hood for the winter for protection. Typically removed it and cleaned hood about ever two weeks. After most of the winter was over, I suddenly noticed the paint/clear coat where the bra had been became clouded. I am thinking that a fix might to leave the car in bright sun (once weather warms ) and let the sun's heat and ultra violet rays go to work on the hood surface. This might clear the cloudiness. Does anyone know if this could work....???
