Kayak with gel coat. I have a DA polisher and micro fiber pads (5" and 3"). Recommendations for polish?

You are welcome to try it but we typically do not use or recommend microfiber pads on gel coat/fiberglass especially if it is oxidized because the residue you pull off will load up the pad very quickly & affect cut & finish performance.Originally posted by southcoastie View Post

Gel coat is okay. Mostly I want to remove transfer from my carbon fiber paddle to the back deck. If I get some shine, so much the better. I have many microfiber pads so will proceed with those.Comment
