I picked some of this up and have used it 3 times.. and seem to notice what looks like an oil slick on top of the water in my bucket and on the paint.. I mix it per instructions..3 oz of soap and .05 oz of SI02 for 3 gallons of water..am I missing something..any suggestions would be great..
