Is it supposed to spin?

This has probably been answered already, but I cannot find that thread. When using 83 or 80, or any other product for that matter, with the da, is the da head supposed to spin? I know you are supposed to use about 10-15 lbs. of pressure, but I am wondering if visually when you are properly applying pressure, does the head spin?

Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It spins better with M80 than it does with M83 as M80 is a more slippery products. My opinion is that when the pad is oscillating and rotating you are definitely getting more cleaning ability out of the process.
