  • Another Black Hood

As if the Altima hood wasnt enough. Then I get a call yesterday about another poor black hood thats been mistreated. This time on a 2003 Lincoln LS. The client had the local 555-WASH guys come over to remove the swirls on the hood. Well as the pictures show, no swirls were removed, but they did leave me some buffer trails to play with! I also want to note that I only used my G100 for this job, as an example of how versatile this tool really is.

    The Arsenal:
    Megs Shampoo Plus
    Mild Clay
    #83 DACP
    #80 Speed Glaze
    Gold Class Liquid

    Here we are before.

    Ewwwwww....

Nice job on removing those swirls guys

    Thanks for the buffer trails!

Here we are after. Left the rotary on the trailer and went straight to the G100 for this one.

    Thanks for lookin!

      Nice work Joe!

It's hard to believe that some people get paid for instilling buffer swirls like the car wash guys did.

I'm impressed!! Makes me want to buy the DA and a couple products and pads for it.

I am surprised at how much of a deal Auto detailing solutions is offering on the buffer with supplies. Wonder why Meguiar's wouldn't at least do the same? One less company that needs to profit from the sale..........
