Not really a customer service issue, just something to thing about.
Sure would be nice if Meguiar's would develop a product information sheet for each item. This would not be the same as a MSDS and no company secrets or product formulas would need to be included, it would be information the consumer/end user could use.
I known it is difficult to get all the information on a bottle label considering that space is limited and must be shared with marketing. A PDF document for each item would solve this problem.
The bottle label could send the user to a downloadable PDF document that has information about the product. There would be a separate information sheet for each product. Since it is an electronic document maintainig it would be very easy and the latest information would always be available to the consumer/end user.
A standard format could be developed that would include: product background, safety, details on how to use, known problems or application mistakes, address any product misinformation, correct errors, etc. They could be as simple or detail as Meguiar's would like.
You could also use it to point customers to other products they might like.
