Quick question

What speed should i use with M205? Same as UP between 5800 and 4800 or does it require something else (use the MT300, or as in Sweden its called MT310, same machine though)

And i saw i kinda was runned out of UC but i have new bottle of ScratchX 2.0, could this be applyed with the DA aswell (my guessing is yes since it has little bit less cut then in UC if am correct?)

Answer myself then Seems to work with same speed as UP (between 5800/4800 yellow pad)

And i cut the UC bottle open, more then enough then what i needed when the bottle was "empty"

Cleaner/Polishes aka Finishing Polishes like Ultimate Polish or M205 Ultra Finishing Polish can really be used in a couple different ways. If you are trying to get the absolute most cut out of the product, you typically would want to use them at a higher speed, 4800 - 5800, with slower arm speed, more pressure, and a nice confined size working area, 2ft square or so. When I personally use finishing polishes and want to get the most cut out of the product with our MT300, I am a fan of tool speed at about 5000 opm or higher, nice slow arm speed, and moderate to heavy pressure. Too high of speed can dry out products quicker.

If you are using a Cleaner/Polish or Finishing Polish after a dedicated compound step to remove D/A Haze and/or further refine the paint finish, your technique will likely be different than the above. As far as tool speed on the MT300/MT310, you still want decent rotation, I personally do not go below 4800. Arm speed is typically quicker for removing D/A Haze and/or further refining finish, pressure is typically less, and in many cases users will opt for our Black Soft Buff D/A Foam Finishing Disc.

Yes, thank you Am finished with polshing the car (quite quick this year, 2 days). I kinda went down to 4800, and found out 2 passes was kinda oki with my techniquie (that can be improved alot but, well living is learning so am in no rush).

And no it didn't whiten trim or rubber, extremly happy for your advice on M205
