Great video Mr. Stoops!
Has the fill line change? In this thread it shows to fill to a different area.

Thanks for the compliment, torque!!
The fill line hasn't changed, exactly, but the old instructions were actually wrong and we apologize for that. Some discussions came up around the office last year and we decided it was well past time that we lay this debate to rest. Yes, it's totally on us that this incorrect info was out there, but the good news is that even when done a bit "wrong", you really aren't dramatically altering the cleaning ability of any product. There are so many variables in the surfaces being cleaned, the cleaning accessories used (type of towel, brush, etc) and the user technique that there is actually a pretty decent "fudge factor" in all of this. The recommend dilution ratios are there as guidelines for general use, and we know that a lot of people will mix products stronger or weaker, depending on their needs. We caution against going too strong depending on the surface being addressed, but even then there is plenty of room for error - in most cases. As mentioned in the video, the pH isn't dramatically altered even when diluting at 10:1, but the amount of active ingredients is cut back. Incidentally, that just further proves that pH alone is not the major indicator for a products cleaning ability.
So, we'll be taking down the old threads to avoid confusion in the future. We can assure you, the fill points mentioned in this video are correct (I did the measuring and calculations myself, just to be certain).Michael Stoops

It was more for personal knowledge. This way I'm getting the best results from the products at the correct dilution ratios.
